Refund and Returns Policy

Returns for regularly stocked Items

For all regularly stocked items, excluding consumable products, return requests can be submitted to our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the items. Items must be unused and must be in their original packaging.

When we receive the returned product(s) then, will check it and make a decision. We will inform that decision to you at the earliest. If our decision is to refund the money then necessary steps will be initiated. Please note that a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return.

Returns for Consumable Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on consumable products. This policy helps us ensure the integrity and quality of our products, confirming they remain untampered with and within their shelf life.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are damaged, missing, or lost, please retain the items and packaging, and contact us within 7 business days. To help us resolve the issue promptly, include photos of the damages, the SKU of the damaged item, and your order number with your request.

Processing Time for Returns and Refunds

We aim to process all return and refund requests within 7 business days from the date of submission.
